在第35個教師節(jié)來臨之際，蘇州外國語學(xué)校相城校區(qū)特舉辦了一場“堅定信仰，靜待花開——2019年教師節(jié)慶祝暨優(yōu)秀教職工表彰大會”。

With the 35^th Teachers’ approaching, Suzhou Foreign Language School held the 2019 Teachers’ Day Celebration and Award Ceremony, which was themed at “Promote Efficacy and Achieve Great Success in the New School Year”.

總校長李春雷先生首先代表學(xué)校董事會和校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，向全體教職工致以節(jié)日的問候和誠摯的感謝！同時總校長也回顧到，在短短兩年時間內(nèi)，學(xué)校一線教師從初創(chuàng)時的11名，增加到現(xiàn)在的278名（含國際教師36名），教職工總?cè)藬?shù)超過390名。隨著中學(xué)部的建成投用，教師隊伍還會進一步擴大，學(xué)校也將不斷完善管理，積極發(fā)揮黨支部、工會、各種俱樂部的作用，想方設(shè)法讓大家動起來、唱起來、跳起來，讓學(xué)校變成老師們的家園，提高老師們的幸福指數(shù)。

On behalf of the School Board and school-level leaders, General Principal Mr. David Li firstly expressed his sincere greetings and thanks to all faculty and staff! Meanwhile, he also reviewed that in just two years, the number of teachers has increased to 278 (including 36 international teachers) with 11 of them having been working here from the very beginning of this school, and the total number of all faculty and staff is now over 380. With the opening of the secondary school, the faculty will continue to expand. The school will also improve the management, and take active advantage of the Party Branch, Teacher Union, and all kinds of clubs, so that all of the teachers could enjoy their time at school, turn the school into the homeland, and increase their happiness index.

秋菊溢彩，桃李芬芳。在這個全體教師的年度盛會上，各學(xué)部在藝術(shù)中心的指導(dǎo)下，精心編排了豐富多彩的文藝節(jié)目。

During this annual event, all divisions prepared various and wonderful programmes under the guidance of the Art Centre.

大會表彰了創(chuàng)校以來一直辛勤耕耘、默默奉獻的教職員工。這是一種肯定，更是一種激勵，總校長希望全體教職員工能以他們?yōu)榘駱?，開拓進取、再創(chuàng)佳績。

During the ceremony, those who have been dedicated to their work since the foundation of the school were also awarded. It was a way to honour them, but it was more like an inspiration for all staff. Our General Principal hoped that all faculty and staff could follow in their footsteps, forge ahead, and make more achievements.

新學(xué)年，希望全體教職工都能堅定信念，堅守信仰，以建設(shè)精品學(xué)校為目標(biāo)，以教育為一生奠基為使命，踏浪平波，砥礪前行，共同建設(shè)好我們美麗的新家園。

In the new school year, it is hoped that all faculty and staff could forge ahead through thick and thin with the goal of constructing a Quality School, and the mission: Education for life.
