蘇城外的孩子們，沐浴在國際化校園文化氛圍中，立足傳統(tǒng)，放眼世界，用一顆中國靈魂，抒寫國際情懷。

Students in SCFLS are teenagers equipped with not only Chinese identity but also international mindedness. They keep the entire motherland in mind and the whole world in view. 

線上學(xué)習(xí)期間，為弘揚(yáng)中華民族的傳統(tǒng)文化，推行規(guī)范使用漢字，促進(jìn)學(xué)生熱愛書法藝術(shù)，SCFLS初中部特舉辦了一期線上軟筆書法比賽。

During the online learning time, SCFLS junior middle school held an online brush calligraphy contest in order to promote standardized Chinese characters and students’ interest in traditional brush calligraphy writing.

病毒來襲，雖兇猛可怕；然心靈沉靜，純潔而清白。學(xué)習(xí)書法之道，在于提綱挈領(lǐng)，規(guī)遵原則。

COVID-19 attacked us suddenly, even though it is fierce and horrible, our heart is calm, peaceful, clean and pure.The key to writing well is to catch the important point and follow the rules strictly.

書法課也是我校的CAS課（特色課），每周學(xué)校會(huì)安排專業(yè)書法教師授課。

Calligraphy Class is one of the CAS courses (featured courses) in our school too. Professional teachers will teach students every week. 

學(xué)生坐在充滿濃郁書香氣的書法教室里，一筆一劃，勤學(xué)苦練；點(diǎn)橫撇捺，筆底生瀾。

Students can sit in the bright classrooms, which are full of learning atmosphere, practicing hard and carefully. 

對美的追求，孩子們從未放棄。遨游在藝術(shù)的海洋中，撿拾各種珍寶；徜徉于黑白色調(diào)的殿堂中，陶冶心性。

Our kids will never give up chasing beautiful things. They learn a lot with precious artists surrounded and cultivate their taste in our school.

書法藝術(shù)以其博大的文化魅力，能使學(xué)習(xí)者在起承轉(zhuǎn)合，飄逸靈動(dòng)的線條世界里感知生命的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡，尋找靈魂的存在價(jià)值，實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的發(fā)展和提升。

The biggest charm of Calligraphy is to make learners know the world and themselves better. Students who are good at Calligraphy can find the real value of life and soul and achieve self-development.

在培養(yǎng)一個(gè)人與眾不同的文化氣質(zhì)的同時(shí)，書法也會(huì)提高人們的世界觀和思想內(nèi)涵。

Developing extraordinary temperament and improve world view of learners is also an advantage of practicing Calligraphy.
