班主任作為班級(jí)的組織者、引導(dǎo)者和合作者,在班級(jí)管理中起著重要的作用。本次班主任基本功大賽采用“賽訓(xùn)一體、以賽促建”的方式,秉承公開(kāi)、公平、公正的原則,旨在錘煉骨干、樹(shù)立典型,搭建班主任成長(zhǎng)平臺(tái),推動(dòng)班主任專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程,壯大優(yōu)秀班主任核心團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)。
As the organizer, guide and cooperator of the class, the homeroom teacher plays an important role in the class management. The basic skills competition of homeroom teachers adopted the way of "competition integrates with training and competition promotes construction" and adhered to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, aiming to train the backbone and establish models. It built a platform for the growth of homeroom teachers, promoting the professional development process of homeroom teachers as well as expanding the construction of the core team of outstanding homeroom teachers.
在第一部分教案課件的制作評(píng)比中,各年級(jí)班主任集體備課、試講,推選優(yōu)秀代表進(jìn)行學(xué)部決賽,為新學(xué)期工作打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
In the first part, "lesson plans and courseware " were made and thereafter compared. The homeroom teachers of each grade prepared lessons collectively, gave trail lectures, and selected best representatives for the final competition, laying a solid foundation for preparations for the new semester during the epidemic period.
在第二部分“教育敘事”演講比賽中,老師們用發(fā)生在身邊的生動(dòng)案例,一層層激發(fā)教師職業(yè)的自豪感、責(zé)任感和使命感,進(jìn)一步提升教師職業(yè)道德水平和專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
In the second part, the "education narrative" speech contest, teachers used vivid cases around them to inspire professional pride, responsibility and sense of mission, which is of great significance to improve their professional ethics, professionalism, and educational ability of homeroom teachers.
參賽選手的演講各具特色,有的飽含深情,有的娓娓道來(lái),雖形式多樣,但他們都以自身的教育教學(xué)經(jīng)歷為底色,以飽滿(mǎn)的熱情、生動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言,詮釋了教育教學(xué)中一個(gè)又一個(gè)真實(shí)感人的故事,充分展現(xiàn)了班主任深厚的教育素養(yǎng)、靈動(dòng)的教育智慧,表現(xiàn)了班主任們對(duì)學(xué)生的關(guān)愛(ài),對(duì)教育事業(yè)的執(zhí)著,彰顯了教師們卓爾不群的教育風(fēng)范。
The speeches of the contestants had their own characteristics, some of them were full of deep feelings and some of them were eloquent. However, no matter what style they adopted, they combined their working experience and personal feelings, with full enthusiasm and vivid language. They interpreted true and touching stories in education and teaching, fully demonstrated the profound education quality and smart educational wisdom of the homeroom teacher. The speeches showed the homeroom teachers' love for students and their dedication to the cause of education, manifesting the outstanding educational landscape of our school.
才藝比拼環(huán)節(jié)中,老師們各盡其能,精彩紛呈,充分展現(xiàn)了班主任積極向上的精神風(fēng)貌。節(jié)目類(lèi)型涵蓋法語(yǔ)、中文朗誦、經(jīng)典獨(dú)唱、鋼琴、小提琴演奏、軟筆書(shū)法展示、舞蹈表演等,形式多樣,魅力凸顯,展示了班主任的才藝魅力和扎實(shí)的基本功素養(yǎng)。
In the talent competition, the teachers did their best to show the class teacher's positive spirit. The programs were displayed with various forms, including French, Chinese recitation, classical solo, piano, violin performance, soft pen calligraphy display and dance performance, showing the talent charm and solid basic skills of the homeroom teachers.
