蘇城外國際高中與國際幼兒園招生簡章
6月15-16日，國際文憑組織（IB）兩位授權訪問官Peter McCombe先生和Lulu Ji女士對蘇城外國語學校進行了為期兩天的線上授權訪問。蘇州市光華集團總裁許雯女士、學校管理團隊、教師團隊、家委會和學生代表分別出席了多場訪談和書面問卷工作。
全體學習者社區(qū)的每一位利益相關者的堅定信念和令人信服的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)贏得了IB官員的信任和肯定。經審核，我校各項標準達到授權條件，IB官員在一周內就發(fā)來了授權信。
國際文憑組織（International Baccalaureate Organization)簡稱IB，創(chuàng)建于1968年，為全球學生開設從幼兒園到大學預科的課程。作為國際教育的領跑者，IB為3-19歲學生提供智力、情感、個人發(fā)展、社會技能等方面的教育，使學生獲得學習、工作以及生存于世的各項能力。
短短兩年時間內，蘇城外國語學校已成為DP項目正式授權學校、劍橋國際課程認證的劍橋國際學校、IFD大學預科課程成員學校，學校還和加拿大尼亞加拉天主教區(qū)教育局合作開設“2+1”高中雙文憑課程。

Sino-Canadian High School Dual Diploma Programme
中加高中雙文憑課程是蘇城外國語學校和加拿大尼亞加拉天主教學區(qū)教育局聯(lián)合提供的融合課程。課程采用“2+1” 或“3+1”模式，學生高三年級在美加合作高中學習一年。學生完成中、外課程后可直接申請美國、加拿大等國家和地區(qū)一流大學。學校為學有余力的學生提供AP選修課程，為學生沖刺美國名校錦上添花。
Sino-Canadian High School Dual Diploma Programme is an Integrated programme co-developed by SCFLS and Niagara Catholic School Board. It is so designed to prepare students for leading universities in North America and around the world after the first two or three years’ study in our school and the last year in the partner schools. The programme also offers AP optional courses for students excellent in academic performance to make them more competitive in university application.
蘇城外國語學校國際幼兒園開設全人班和全納班兩個班型。兩種班型均以PYP課程為框架，浸入式雙語探究教學為模式，同時開設特色單科教學和SATS課程，致力于培養(yǎng)兼具中國靈魂和國際情懷的世界小公民。
EYP是國際文憑組織PYP小學項目的一個分支，主要為3-6歲幼兒在超學科框架下的學習提供各種真實的機會，關注那些至關重要的發(fā)展能力。EYP項目作為幼兒園主導課程，倡導以幼兒為主體，以生活為教材，以探究為主要學習方式，以中英文雙語作為教學語言，關注每一位幼兒的康樂和社群交往能力，致力于為每位幼兒提供量身定制最適合的教育。
EYP項目的核心特征是由玩耍/游戲、關系、學習空間以及符號探索與表示組成。玩耍/游戲是幼兒時期開展探究的首要動力，為探究重要概念和個人興趣提供各種機會。通過玩耍，幼兒發(fā)展學習方法，并與關鍵的發(fā)展領域建立聯(lián)系，從而使幼兒具有能動性。
2019年2月，蘇城外國語學校國際幼兒園正式獲得了IBPYP項目候選學校資格，預計2020年10月迎來正式授權訪問。
