每到學(xué)期末，在蘇城外國語學(xué)校

會(huì)流行一個(gè)詞——“三方會(huì)談”，

名字聽起來有點(diǎn)嚴(yán)肅，其實(shí)很有趣！

At the end of each semester, Soochow Foreign Language School holds three-way conference in the school community, which may sound a little bit serious but it turns out to be fun and educational.

我們以孩子們的視角理解并參與他們的成果分享，讓我們走進(jìn)PYP幼兒園，作為終身學(xué)習(xí)者，聆聽孩子們的聲音。

We understand and participate in their achievement sharing from the perspective of children. Let us walk through the PYP kindergarten and listen to the voices of children as lifelong learners.

在線上，老師們一個(gè)個(gè)化身為”主播“與家長(zhǎng)學(xué)生互動(dòng)交流。一場(chǎng)溫馨而又愉快的直播正如火如荼地展開，快去一探究竟吧!

Due to the epidemic prevention and control, the teachers turned into "anchors" and started a live broadcast with parents and children. A warm and pleasant live broadcast is in full swing, go out and find it!

一句句稚嫩的話語，一個(gè)個(gè)小小的目標(biāo)，

都是孩子們對(duì)自我的肯定以及對(duì)未來的憧憬。

消毒、測(cè)溫、口罩、健康碼……1月25-26日，蘇城外國語學(xué)校PYP小學(xué)“三方會(huì)談”在精準(zhǔn)防疫下，各年級(jí)分批有序進(jìn)行。

Disinfection routines, temperature measurement, wearing masks, checking health code……On January 25-26th, the three-way conference in PYP primary school of SCFLS is taking place with precise epidemic prevention.

每個(gè)教室里，老師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)三方圍坐侃侃而談。每組家庭的“暢談”，老師們用了一個(gè)學(xué)期時(shí)間來精心準(zhǔn)備——悉心了解每一位學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)、給予學(xué)業(yè)上針對(duì)性的專業(yè)支持，力求在會(huì)談中給到孩子和家長(zhǎng)最具體的個(gè)性化學(xué)習(xí)建議……

Teachers, students, and parents sit in groups and talk freely in each classroom.To promote better communication, teachers make careful preparations to provide tailor-made support and recommendations for each student based on their learning.

細(xì)心的班主任還為每一位學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備了一本《寫話集》，將學(xué)生平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容收錄其中，受到了家長(zhǎng)的一致好評(píng)！

One of the homeroom teachers even made a collection of students work and received recognition from parents.

在交談中，老師們摒棄了對(duì)比和評(píng)判的方式，轉(zhuǎn)而以學(xué)生為中心，引導(dǎo)他們和老師、父母一起聊聊自己的校園經(jīng)歷、學(xué)習(xí)心得，以及在蘇城外國語學(xué)校的收獲和反思。

During the meeting, teachers provide opportunities for students to talk about their campus life, achievements and reflections.

家長(zhǎng)在這個(gè)過程中也充分參與互動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)，形成了針對(duì)性的溝通，增強(qiáng)了評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)效性，對(duì)家校合力促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展起到重要的推動(dòng)作用。

Parents are also involved in the interactions, which promote the development of the learning community.

短短兩天時(shí)間，蘇城外國語學(xué)校PYP小學(xué)完成了“三方會(huì)談”活動(dòng)?；顒?dòng)雖已落幕，但在孩子們心中播撒下的“被關(guān)注”與“被傾聽”的種子，卻已悄悄生根發(fā)芽。
