學(xué)生會(huì)是學(xué)生自我管理、自我教育、自我服務(wù)的組織，是學(xué)校與學(xué)生之間溝通的橋梁，是學(xué)校教育的重要力量。建立健全學(xué)生會(huì)組織，不管是在全面提升學(xué)生能力，還是協(xié)助學(xué)校管理工作方面，都具有非常重要的意義。

Student Union is an organization for students to manage, educate and serve themselves. It is the bridge for communication between the school and students, and also plays an important role in school education. The establishment of Student Union is of great significance in terms of comprehensively improving students' self-management, leadership and the school management.

因此在這新學(xué)年來臨之際，經(jīng)過學(xué)生處的精心籌備，蘇州外國(guó)語相城校區(qū)高中部全體師生秉承著“全納、全人”的宗旨，在多功能教室開展了第一屆學(xué)生會(huì)選舉大會(huì)！

Therefore, carrying forward the school motto “Inclusive ＆ Holistic”, the First Student Union Election of SCFLS senior high school was held in the multifunctional room after the careful preparation of the Student Office at the beginning of the new school year.

會(huì)議由周麗菁、金愷秋老師主持，出席本次選舉大會(huì)的評(píng)委嘉賓有：學(xué)習(xí)處主任方周迎女士; 學(xué)生處副主任陸一女士; 英語處主任助理沈紫煙女士；戲劇老師Dustin，英語老師Phoebe。

The event was host by Shirley Zhou and Connor Jin. Judges present at this event were: Learning Office Director Ms. Jessica Fang, Student Office Deputy Director Ms. Elaine Lu, English Office Assistant Director Ms. Cynthia Shen, Drama Teacher Mr. Block, and English Literature Teacher Ms. Phoebe.

Job Descriptions of Student Union Departments

紀(jì)檢部：主要負(fù)責(zé)督查學(xué)生會(huì)各部門的值班紀(jì)律和考勤情況，保證學(xué)生會(huì)工作有序進(jìn)行。

Discipline Inspection Department: Is responsible for supervising the discipline and attendance of all Student Union departments to ensure the work could be carried out in an orderly fashion.

藝體部：主要負(fù)責(zé)承辦與組織各類大型晚會(huì)和文藝活動(dòng)，以激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)同學(xué)們廣泛的興趣愛好，將歡聲笑語注入點(diǎn)線之間的學(xué)習(xí)生活。

Arts and Sports Department: Is responsible for holding and organizing all kinds of major evening events and other related activities, so as to inspire and cultivate students’ hobbies, and to bring happiness into the school life.

宣傳部：主要負(fù)責(zé)海報(bào)、Logo的設(shè)計(jì)與制作、攝影攝像、活動(dòng)執(zhí)行，及時(shí)將同學(xué)生活中趣事、獲獎(jiǎng)情況、學(xué)院動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行報(bào)道。

Publicity Department: Is responsible for designing and making posters and Logo, taking photos, and making timely report on students’ life, awards, and events.

外聯(lián)部：主要負(fù)責(zé)組織志愿者開展一系列社會(huì)實(shí)踐，包括商業(yè)對(duì)接、公益活動(dòng)、愛心幫扶等，加強(qiáng)與校外組織的聯(lián)系與對(duì)接。

Public Relations Department: Is responsible for organizing volunteers to carry out series of CAS activities, including business communicating, charity events, caring events and etc., so as to enhance the connection between the school and organizations outside the school.

秘書處：主要負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生會(huì)的通知傳達(dá)、資料管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、會(huì)議考勤以及內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)等工作。

Secretary Department: Is responsible for conveying notifications, managing files and finances, checking attendance and coordinating within the Student Union.

社團(tuán)部：社團(tuán)是學(xué)生時(shí)代的我們最有“可能性”的地方，掌握各個(gè)社團(tuán)，玩轉(zhuǎn)各個(gè)社團(tuán)，為社團(tuán)解決問題，幫助社團(tuán)與學(xué)校、老師溝通，以及為社團(tuán)活動(dòng)展示提供平臺(tái)和福利。

Club Association Club: Club is the place where can allow possibilities for all students. Manage all clubs, solve problems for the clubs, help the clubs to communicate with the school and teachers, and provide platform and welfare for showcasing all club activities.
