      SCFLS | “青藍(lán)工程”共推進(jìn) 課堂教學(xué)展風(fēng)采

      十月中旬,蘇城外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校小學(xué)部開(kāi)展了為期一周的“青藍(lán)工程”師徒結(jié)對(duì)成長(zhǎng)課。

      Soochow Foreign Language School has launched one-week lesson observation of Pairs of Masters and Apprentice in October. 


      青年教師每月都會(huì)有一次成長(zhǎng)課,這次成長(zhǎng)課堂的教學(xué)展示對(duì)提高學(xué)校師資隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì),促進(jìn)青年教師盡快成長(zhǎng),保證學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定持續(xù)發(fā)展起到了積極推動(dòng)的作用。

      New teachers have the lesson observation once a week, which could help improve teaching staff’s quality and maintain the sustainable development of teachers.



      蘇城外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校一直以來(lái)都致力于打造一個(gè)注重學(xué)生課堂體驗(yàn)、跨學(xué)科理念以及全球化教學(xué)的快樂(lè)課堂,把更多的精力放在學(xué)校教師團(tuán)隊(duì)的教學(xué)評(píng)研中,積極打造一支精干優(yōu)良的教師隊(duì)伍。

      SCFLS has been committed to building a class which contain transdisciplinary concepts and students could experience in global context.



      學(xué)校行政中層、學(xué)科骨干教師及25對(duì)師徒均參與本次成長(zhǎng)課。課程涵蓋了語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語(yǔ)及綜合學(xué)科。

      School leaders, backbone teachers and 25 pairs of Masters and Apprentice attended the lesson observation, covering Chinese, Math, English and other disciplines.



      本次“成長(zhǎng)課”注重教師對(duì)學(xué)生的課堂體驗(yàn),營(yíng)造快樂(lè)課堂的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍以及跨學(xué)科教學(xué)的理念。任教三年級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)的吉森菲老師很精彩的拉開(kāi)了成長(zhǎng)課的序幕。

      This class observation focuses on students’ experience, engaging class and the concept of transdisciplinary. The Year 3 Math teacher-- Amy Ji presented an excellent demo lesson to us.



      課前吉老師在師傅沈主任的幫助下認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,精心準(zhǔn)備,多次磨課。課上充分利用實(shí)踐探究和多媒體調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,使學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與到課堂中去,充分關(guān)注了學(xué)生的體驗(yàn)。

      Amy prepared the lesson very carefully with the help of her master Jasmine Shen. She tried her best to use different inquiry methods and promote students’ agency to help students involved in the lesson. 



      課后,學(xué)科骨干教師及聽(tīng)課老師就該節(jié)課進(jìn)行評(píng)課,大家一起分析問(wèn)題、研討策略、共同進(jìn)步,在肯定教學(xué)亮點(diǎn)的同時(shí)也提出成長(zhǎng)建議,授課老師及時(shí)進(jìn)行了教學(xué)反思。

      After the lessons, backbone teachers organized formal observations reflections with other teachers who attended the lessons to analyze the lesson, provide advices and reflection timely. 




      其他師徒們也充分利用課余時(shí)間鉆研教本,積極指導(dǎo),共同成長(zhǎng)。導(dǎo)師們不遺余力地教授經(jīng)驗(yàn),幫助青年教師掌握先進(jìn)的教育思想和教學(xué)方法,達(dá)到師資隊(duì)伍共同提高的目標(biāo)。

      Other pairs of masters and apprentice used their spare time to look into the textbook, learn from each other and grow together. They found advanced teaching methods to make learning more active and exciting during the process.



      通過(guò)此次成長(zhǎng)課的互評(píng)互研,師傅們起到了示范引領(lǐng)的作用,徒弟們也受益匪淺。對(duì)于如何關(guān)注學(xué)生課堂體驗(yàn)、開(kāi)展快樂(lè)課堂以及跨學(xué)科教學(xué)有了更加深刻的理解,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)共同成長(zhǎng)、共同提高。

      Through this class observation, masters took the lead and shared valuable experience with the new teachers. All teachers have deeper understanding of engaging class and transdisciplinary teaching, as well as a clear sense of improvement and progress.




      學(xué)校搭建了如此優(yōu)秀的成長(zhǎng)舞臺(tái),提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間,相信通過(guò)不斷思索、不斷前行,每一位青年教師都會(huì)在學(xué)習(xí)中積累寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),不斷成長(zhǎng)。蘇城外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校的“青藍(lán)工程”大隊(duì)伍也定會(huì)在教學(xué)評(píng)研中碩果累累。

      Teachers could take the time and chance to seriously reflect on their lessons in SCFLS. It is important to train every new teacher to be self-reflective and learn from past experience. Let’s hope our pairing of masters and appetence will become more fruitful in the future.
