12月21日，冬雨綿綿，空氣中帶著一絲絲冷冽，在蘇城外國語學(xué)校的學(xué)術(shù)報告廳里，數(shù)百號人濟濟一堂，一個個青春朝氣的面龐上寫滿了期待。值此歲末之際，蘇城外國語學(xué)校冬季大型招聘會正式拉開了帷幕。

On December 21, the winter rains lingered with a hint of coldness in the air. In the Lecture Hall of Soochow Foreign Language School, hundreds of people gathered together with expectations for the job fair at the end of the year.

前期，招聘信息經(jīng)學(xué)校官方推出后，吸引了社會各界人士的廣泛關(guān)注，咨詢電話應(yīng)接不暇?！疤K州發(fā)布”、“相城區(qū)人才網(wǎng)”、“美麗元和”等官方平臺鼎力推送，最高點擊量已破萬。

The published recruitment information attracted wide attention of the society. The promotion on various media platform got over 10,000 clicks.

在學(xué)校收到的2536份簡歷中，經(jīng)過人力辦層層篩選，嚴格把關(guān)，200多名來自全國各地的優(yōu)秀青年教師脫穎而出，競聘48個崗位。

應(yīng)聘人員中，有來自全國各地教學(xué)經(jīng)驗豐富的名特優(yōu)教師，還有畢業(yè)于賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)、康奈爾大學(xué)、紐約大學(xué)、愛丁堡大學(xué)、香港中文大學(xué)、南京大學(xué)、東南大學(xué)、北京外國語大學(xué)、上海外國語大學(xué)、南京師范大學(xué)、蘇州大學(xué)等名校的精英人才！

Of the 2,536 resumes received and screened by HR, 200 outstanding young teachers from all over the country stood out to compete for 48 positions.

Among the candidates, there were experienced teachers from all over the country, as well as excellent graduates from famous universities like University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, New York University, Edinburgh University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Nanjing University, Southeast University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Shanghai Foreign Language University, Nanjing Normal University, Soochow University and etc.!

秉持高標準、嚴要求的理念，本次招聘會由校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織牽頭，各學(xué)部中層骨干成立評審小組，研制考核方案，共設(shè)置了學(xué)科組筆試、現(xiàn)場試講、校長面試等多個考核環(huán)節(jié)，旨在保證公平公正的前提下，對應(yīng)聘者們的學(xué)科知識、專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、綜合能力等進行全方位的測評，確保每一位應(yīng)聘者各項能力得到最大程度的發(fā)揮。

Led by the school's leadership and middle-level management team, the job fair was directed by high standards and rigorous requirements with written test, demo lesson, and principal interview to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of every candidate.
