圣誕老人的工廠正在忙碌的運(yùn)作。
孩子們的愿望實(shí)在是太多了,
圣誕老人需要更多的“小精靈”來(lái)幫忙!
玩具組裝員、麋鹿飼養(yǎng)員、
禮物包裝員、圣誕服裝設(shè)計(jì)師……
各種崗位等你來(lái)應(yīng)聘!
Christmas is approaching. Santa’s factory is busy dealing with all kinds of wishes from the children. He needs more elves to help! Toy assembler, elk breeder, gift wrapper, costume designer... Various positions are waiting for you to apply!

這是二年級(jí)的UOI結(jié)題展!
他們?cè)诔瑢W(xué)科主題“我們?nèi)绾谓M織自己”這個(gè)單元中圍繞“人們通過(guò)工作分擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任”這一中心思想展開(kāi)了一系列探究。
This turns out to be the UOI exhibition of Year 2. They have been inquiring into jobs under the transdisciplinary theme “How we organize ourselves”.
通過(guò)探究,他們了解到人們?cè)诠ぷ髦袚?dān)任著不同的角色和責(zé)任,每份工作都對(duì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要的影響。
在此次結(jié)題展中,
他們需要運(yùn)用所學(xué)施展才華,
結(jié)合“圣誕”主題,進(jìn)行職場(chǎng)初體驗(yàn)。
Through inquiry, they understand that people share different roles and responsibilities through work and every work has an impact on the society. In this exhibition, they need to use what they have learned in the unit and apply for jobs for the first time in the setting of Santa’s factory.

要參與圣誕工廠的招聘,首先他們需要了解每份崗位的責(zé)任和要求,比對(duì)自己的特長(zhǎng)和興趣,選擇適合自己的崗位投遞簡(jiǎn)歷。
“職場(chǎng)小達(dá)人”真是身懷絕技,
或手寫(xiě),或DIY
個(gè)個(gè)簡(jiǎn)歷都做得精美絕倫!
To apply for jobs, they first need to understand the responsibilities and requirements of each position, and then know their own strengths and interests, so that they can choose the most suitable position to deliver their resume. Our "workplace experts" are really skilled, and their resumes are exquisite!

Job fair - Having interview
“職場(chǎng)小達(dá)人”來(lái)到展位前,緊緊地攥著簡(jiǎn)歷,似乎有點(diǎn)緊張。多人競(jìng)崗,激烈比拼,讓孩子們從中明白工作的來(lái)之不易。
The students came to the booth and held their resumes tightly, seeming a little nervous. So many people competing for a position, the fierce competition makes the children understand that work is hard-won.

面試過(guò)程中,“職場(chǎng)小達(dá)人”將自己的個(gè)人信息、特長(zhǎng)、愛(ài)好、應(yīng)聘理由等娓娓道來(lái),流利自信的表達(dá),充分展現(xiàn)了勇于嘗試、善于交流的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。
They introduced their personal information, advantages, hobbies, and reasons for applying fluently and confidently, fully demonstrating the leaner profile attributes risk-takers and communicators.
當(dāng)天的圣誕招聘會(huì)中,每位老師都配備了“小精靈“助手,他們幫助老師整理收集”職場(chǎng)小達(dá)人“的簡(jiǎn)歷,很是認(rèn)真專(zhuān)業(yè)。
In the job fair, every teacher was equipped with an elf assistant. They helped collect the resumes from others carefully and professionally.
Job fair - Getting offer
經(jīng)過(guò)自己的努力,拿到了心儀的offer,
更收獲了自我認(rèn)同、社會(huì)認(rèn)同和對(duì)職業(yè)的理解。
老師們仿佛看到了長(zhǎng)大了的孩子們,孩子們也對(duì)自己的未來(lái)充滿期待!
Through their endeavor, most of them have got their favorite offer, more importantly they have gained self-identity, social identity and a deeper understanding of work. Teachers also witnessed the growth on the students.
