      SCFLS | 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化評估 國際課程學(xué)習(xí)的原動力!

      九月伊始,

      SCFLS國際高中部的全體教師協(xié)作備課會議在圖書館如期舉行。

      The collaborative planning of the SCFLS international senior high school teachers was held in the library at the beginning of September.


      此次會議對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化評估進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的探究學(xué)習(xí)。

      在研讀資料、交流討論和實(shí)操演練的活動中,老師們對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化評估的意義價(jià)值、具體步驟和方法策略等都有了深刻的理解。

      Focusing on the systematic learning and inquiring of the standards-based assessment, teachers had a much deeper understanding about the meaning, major procedures and methods of standards-based assessment through material reading, discussions and real practices.

      教學(xué)評價(jià)通過教學(xué)評估行為來具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。

      Teaching assessment is achieved by the action of implementing teaching evaluations.


      在國際教育評價(jià)體系中“分?jǐn)?shù)、排名、升學(xué)率“等概念相對淡化,學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)評估主要由任課教師自主開展,著眼于每一位學(xué)生獲得更大進(jìn)步,注重自由度和個(gè)性化的同時(shí),也對有效而又準(zhǔn)確地把握學(xué)生能力和知識水平提出了更大的挑戰(zhàn)。

      In the assessment system of international education, the concepts such as grades, ranks, and progression rates are relatively weaker. Therefore, students’ learning assessment is mainly conducted by subject teachers themselves, focusing on helping each student to make further progress. This can on the other hand, pose a much bigger challenge for teachers to effectively and accurately grasp students’ abilities and knowledge proficiency.


      蘇州外國語學(xué)校相城校區(qū)的高中部教師根據(jù)大綱自主選擇教材開展教學(xué),在同一個(gè)學(xué)校的不同年級,學(xué)生使用的教材可能都不一樣。因此,學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)進(jìn)展也由任課教師自主組織考試來檢驗(yàn)。

      SCFLS senior high school teachers carry out teaching with the materials chosen by themselves according to the course outline of their own. Although students are in the same grade of the same school, their textbooks can still vary from one another. Thus, subject teachers will organize exams to monitor students’ academic progress. 


      教師不根據(jù)考試成績對學(xué)生進(jìn)行排名,僅就學(xué)生當(dāng)前的學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行評估,學(xué)生以前的表現(xiàn)和其他同學(xué)的表現(xiàn)都不會影響評估的結(jié)果,這有助于老師對學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)做出可靠評價(jià)和有效反饋,了解學(xué)生的薄弱點(diǎn),調(diào)整教學(xué)方法,優(yōu)化教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),并對學(xué)習(xí)有困難的學(xué)生進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)輔導(dǎo),也鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生成長為獨(dú)立的學(xué)習(xí)者,明確學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和要求,反思和調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)行為,以達(dá)到學(xué)習(xí)效果的最大化。

      Teachers won’t rank the students according to their exam scores, but only make assessments based on students’ current academic performance. Their prior and other students’ performances have no influence on the results, which can help the teachers to make reliable and effective feedback to the students, learn about their weaknesses, adjust the teaching methods, optimize the lesson plans, focus mainly on educating those left-behind students, and encourage students to become independent learners with specific learning objectives and requirements in mind, so that they could timely reflect and adjust their learning behaviours to achieve the optimized learning outcomes.

      在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化評估中,教師必須對評估目的和教學(xué)內(nèi)容有明確的闡述,發(fā)放評分方案,通過教學(xué)評估的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制來比較以及對比教師間或不同學(xué)校間所做的評估和判斷,確保教學(xué)評估決策的有效和可靠;教學(xué)評估應(yīng)該是可重現(xiàn)的,對班上其他同學(xué)和整個(gè)年級組所做的教學(xué)評判也應(yīng)該是始終相似;教師要通過評估目標(biāo)來設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)活動,運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行反饋和評價(jià),并且因材施教,衡量該評估將如何進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)。

      In the standards-based assessment, teachers need to clearly identify criteria that indicate what students are expected to master, organize the criteria and standards for the assessment tasks in a marking scheme to compare the assessment among teachers or different schools, so as to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the assessment, develop shared understandings of the expected standards among markers, and facilitate consistent application of the standards, plan lessons with the assessment objectives, apply standards-based assessment to provide feedback, implement differentiated education, and consider how to further improve students’ learning through assessment.

      在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化評估中,學(xué)生要和教師充分討論評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)涵,分析評估樣本,甚至參與到評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定和修正過程中,開展自我評估和同伴評估,不斷地反思,建立學(xué)習(xí)者目標(biāo)。

      In the standards-based assessment, students need to have profound discussions about standards-based assessment with teachers, analyze the exemplars, or even participate in the process of formulating and revising the assessment, carry out self and peer assessment, and engage in reflection and goal setting.



      教研反思Reflection


      由于評估作業(yè)不同,評估的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也會有差異,研究制定精準(zhǔn)的評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需要耗費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間和精力,對教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)也有很高的要求。在一些具有創(chuàng)造性的評估活動中,學(xué)生的成果往往難以預(yù)測。

      The assessment criteria can vary according to different assignment tasks. It requires a large amount of time and effort to study and formulate specified assessment criteria. The learning outcomes of students are usually unpredictable in the process of assessing some of their creative activities.


      一個(gè)健康的教育評價(jià)體系不僅需要學(xué)校和教師的支持,家長和學(xué)生的認(rèn)同,還需要整個(gè)社會文化環(huán)境的融合與認(rèn)可。捕捉和搜集教學(xué)實(shí)證的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化評估可謂是治愈當(dāng)今教育焦慮的一劑良方,而我們高中部的老師們?nèi)沃囟肋h(yuǎn)。

      A sound and healthy educational assessment system not only relies on the support from the school and teachers, and recognition from both parents and students, but also the integration and recognition of the entire society. Collecting real teaching evidences of applying standards-based assessment is a good way to relieve the phenomenon of education anxiety in the current society, thus requiring our senior high school teachers to take up a heavy responsibility and a long course in our career.
