Step one--Exercise

洪蘭教授告訴我們，當人在運動時，會刺激多巴胺、血清張素、正腎上腺素這樣的神經(jīng)傳導物質(zhì)分泌，而這些正是促使神經(jīng)連接的關(guān)鍵。

我們根據(jù)孩子月齡特點，在課程設(shè)置中分階段設(shè)計不同游戲體驗，涉及社交、精細動作、益智游戲、親子游戲、音樂欣賞，藝術(shù)啟蒙等。從游戲中可以培養(yǎng)孩子的基本能力，而且會玩的孩子EQ高，可以在團體游戲互動中學習如何與人相處，完成社會化行為。
