Step one--Exercise

洪蘭教授告訴我們，當(dāng)人在運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，會(huì)刺激多巴胺、血清張素、正腎上腺素這樣的神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)物質(zhì)分泌，而這些正是促使神經(jīng)連接的關(guān)鍵。

Professor Hong Lan told us that when people exercise, they stimulate the secretion of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine, which are the keys to promoting neural connections.

我們根據(jù)孩子月齡特點(diǎn)，在課程設(shè)置中分階段設(shè)計(jì)不同游戲體驗(yàn)，涉及社交、精細(xì)動(dòng)作、益智游戲、親子游戲、音樂欣賞，藝術(shù)啟蒙等。從游戲中可以培養(yǎng)孩子的基本能力，而且會(huì)玩的孩子EQ高，可以在團(tuán)體游戲互動(dòng)中學(xué)習(xí)如何與人相處，完成社會(huì)化行為。
